Mezdeug - Dances of Mozdok Circassians By Kabardinka
Mozdok is one of the oldest Circassian settlements in the Northeast Caucasus region and still has a small Circassian population. Kabardinka's choreography represents some of the popular dances in the region. The choreography starts with slow-paced courtship dance called Qafa and then dancers perform different faster-paced Mezdeug dances. It closes with Qafa again.
