like two weeks ago just wrecked my q60 it was my pride and joy it made me a bit happy to see this always remember to enjoy your ride man
@ebt374_h7 I'm sorry to hear that. Are you going to rebuild or get something else ?
Yeah get it fixed if you can and sell it, I would buy a g35 like you said a Nissan
Ah yes stick to random transfaliure compared to lack of maintenance makes sense even maintained wouldnt own a nissan its a while different car for a whole diffrent use case bmws are build well kinda sometimes but nissan hasnt made a single good car since the early 90s and even then it was a sentra ser
So, should I get a 90s Nissan? Is the 300zx or skyline okay?
goated video haha did you use an automatic ecu? if so what are the steps to run the manual transmission? im just confused on that part
Wish I could remain as chill as this dude when working on my cars lol
❤❤❤❤
I'm converting my 2008 G37 to manual, can I use the same engine harness with my ecu?
yes, this video should help, ua-cam.com/video/9yiuZZXtRUA/v-deo.html
Thank you Sir for the very informative tutorial/guide - from Singapore!
Awesome 👌 thanks for watching
Coming to a local takeover near you 😅
😂🤣
Could you post the link for fuel pump part?
Great video. My Truck had trouble starting after driving on E for a period of time. I filled the tank up and drove somewhere. After stopping and later trying to start up and leave, the truck just wouldn’t start. I’m guessing it’s the fuel pump, but what are ways to determine if it is or not?
😂😂😂😂💯💯💪💪
😁
I went skimboarding with a sheet when Gustav hit LA in 2008. Almost got blown away cause my dumb ass wanted to wait till the winds were at least over 40 mph.
crazy, dangerous and fun yup sounds like something I would do, I'm glad you're still here. My camera guy stopped recording. But I started to go so fast that the skateboard did the high-speed wobble, so I had to jump off, lol.
That lip would fit perfectly if you had the other g37 stock bumper

Thank you for the comprehensive explanation and to the point.
Thank you so much for your support. I'm glad my video was able to help you. Making these videos take a lot of time and effort, I do it because I like to help and teach others, but I never imagined anyone would do something this kind, many thanks! I really appreciate it!
Hi there, thanks for uploading. I replaced xenon bulbs and the coil started not working. First question is there any relation with the bulb installation, second is that can someone damage it easily intentionally, if yes how to prove it? As the third and the last, is it possible to fix the coil or replacement is mandatory?
Hello, some manufactures connect multiple components on the same circuit, it might be possible that they share the same fuse. Usually something like your headlights and a/c coil are not connected but start by checking your fuses. Then check your relays. Yes, someone can damage it, your a/c coil more than likely works with 12 volts, if you double the voltage to 24v or even 48v and connect it to the coil, more than likely it will burn the coil. 24v and 48v battery packs are small and easy to carry, I hope this isn't what happen and it's just a bad fuse. Proving it would be difficult, sometimes coils just burn up. But there is some good news, you can just replace the coil on the compressor. I hope this helps
@@Prolbuilds oh man, you are fantastic. Your reply is very helpful for me. I just talked to the car service, they said they don’t change the coil only but the compressor entirely. I knew that the coil itself could be replaced but usually the electricians do it instead of mechanical people. Will try and post it here. Have a nice weekend!
My odyssey driver said fan working on low speed I replaced with new fan motor I checked all raleay and fuses also wiring and connectors but still I couldn't find the prablom
Overheating of course
Hello, this could be caused by many different things, I'm going to name some things so you can check and test. You would need some type of scan tool for this, check the coolant temp sensor, what is it reading, if bad the cooling fan will not work properly. Also check the condition of the coolant, make sure it looks clean, I mention this because poor circulation won't let the sensor get a true reading. Using the scan tool, activate the fans, see if you can get them to work on high. If you checked the fuses, relays and wires and all is good, you might have a bad PCM. But you must test first. Test the wire that goes from the PCM to the fuse box, if there's nothing coming from that wire when you active the fans on high, then you might have found you problem. There's many variables and I can't possibly list them all, I think this is a good start. Hope it helps.
Great product Great presentation 👏👏👏
Thanks brother 🙏
Oxilam🔥🔥 what a difference thank you!
Good job prol
Thanks 🙏
Your g is coming together well man, I know paint is the LAST thing you're gonna do but it seems like that's all it needs from what I heard 💯
Thanks, yes if we can catch a break in the weather here in Florida, that's all it needs for now, lol. A project car is never finished. Bigger brakes, sway bars, and boost will come sometime next year.
Great work

No problem, I'm happy it helped
FYI I think the wrong gasket set is linked in the description. I noticed it and swapped it before checking out.
@jimsey93 thanks
So with the flock you have to have someone apply the flock as you lay down the glue. The glue drys extremely fast in heat and that’s how we were able to get the best results. Also as they are fallowing you flocking right after the glue is down they really need to lay it on the bigger applicator Is better and use a ton of flock since the excess blows/wipes right off. And scuffing the surface helps the glue stick better Also when using paint you really don’t wanna mix different brands and types because they react especially in a short time Ruel of thumb is use the same brand and type of paint and to read the instructions and try to fallow them the best you can Also wait 48-72 hrs after it drys to let it gas off as much as possible so there’s no reaction cheap paint in a can is not like a 2 stage paint with a hardener I think the dash came out pretty dang good I’ve repaired a ton of dashes especially from all the 240s I’ve had over the years 😂
Wow, thanks for commenting, I was hoping someone had some answers. I would like to try flocking the g35. Maybe I'll wait until this winter, and with your advice we can find more success. I really appreciate it! Thanks!
Is that a t3t4 turbo 👀
Yes!!!
🔥need this kit
Thank you 👌
You're welcome!
Good job
Also if you noticed, the Autel is faster in executing commands than the snap on.
yes, I did notice, it is faster.
I purchased the Autel MK808s and even paid for the additional update costing me $129.00. I connected this to a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon to check the Stop.Start system to see which battery was at fault. It only shows Battery Charging System. Next, I wanted to if the Autel would find the fault for Rear Locker and front Locker. I connected a friend Snap on Scanner and I couldn't believe how the Snap on picked the faults!!! My shop is small so I couldn't afford the Snap on. I also connected my other friends Icon T10 and doesn't do half what the Snap on can do. I may have to spend extra money for the Snap on Scanner!!!
I didn't run into the extra fee for the update, but it might be available to purchase. I don't believe Autel is a replacement solution to Snap-on. So far, I have heard nothing but good thing about Autel. But it doesn't surprise me if it wasn't able to see some features on different vehicles. For the price the mk808s is a great bang for the buck, but never a replacement.
Pls, has Autel (maxicom MK900) finally made it possible to search for the required parameter from the Life data list? Or you still need half an hour to select the right parameters from hundreds. And if you leave the settings page, then everything starts over again... Autel is surprising.
Cool video and just what I was looking for, as Ive got an 07' Ridgeline that will be getting a new part for a weekend project. I also bought an aftermarket just because it is not driven that much. Good instructions and details that others might overlook. Thanks for posting this-
Glad I could help, thanks for commenting
Thank you
You're welcome 👍
What about if one clean the picktail with WD 40 specialist contact cleaner electrical parts for better contact? I wonder if that works before buying a new part.
It's worth a try.
Kids gunna messup that headliner
We were lucky, there's only one spot where the fibers are messed up, lol

Glad it helped!
Amazing machine 💯
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 congratulations

🤣
suoer helpful. thank you!!
You're welcome!
I have the same beetle but it is 2008. When I pull on the convertible switch I hear nothing. I did the factory reset and nothing happened. Any suggestions?
I would start with checking the fuse, then testing the relay, working my way to the switch, then making my way to the pump. I recommend, using a multimeter or a power probe. Test to find out if there's power in every part of the circuit.
I just did my vvt valve electric plug was cracked that's fixed. Now I got the oil filter housing leaking 🤦.. always something with these old cars 😂 but that's why we do what we do 💯
Yeah, keeping up with all the maintenance on an older car can be a handful, but they're a blast to have and drive. We have a couple of cracked plugs as well lol
Hey everyone, I have started a Facebook group for the G37 community that's working on their manual swap or already has done it. Sometimes I miss comments and don't see them until later. I'm hoping with this group we can share ideas and come up with solutions together. Help spread the word! Thanks! facebook.com/groups/477015521884614/
