It's meticulous work, patience and a real mastery of writing. Talent and the ability to write a story, which only some people have, but also a real science of prompting and dialogue with the AI to manage to maintain, sequence after sequence, a coherent graphic universe, uniform in the service of a production, and characters with features, appearance and personality constrained by the author's choice. Really, hats off to the artist.

I honestly don't know about that. Even though services like udio and suno continue to exist the actual use case of these platforms and the amount of people that end up using the service on a monthly basis will probably decrease once this spectacle dies down. I think where it could be useful is with real artists being able to get their visions out quicker. And making it part of their production pipeline

Both factions are under the illusion of understanding the inner workings of truly created music and its potential for transformation. Most users sitting in front of Suno and Co. have never experienced the emergence of a music or genre revolution - neural networks cannot emulate that. AI-generated music will hit a roadblock due to its lack of emotional intelligence, and prompts from musically autistic consumers won't bring authenticity to the machine --because they don't know what that actually is, especially Millenials and GenZeros. Furthermore, a neural network can only manipulate and reorganise data to which it has been exposed, while the most valuable data remains locked in the minds of human creators and protected by copyright. Of course the music industry will inevitably embrace the Ai bandwagon to leverage their vast music catalog and capitalize on copyright ownership. This will enhance the overall quality of AI music and generate immense profits via flatrates for endless "creation" of sub-par sonic dreams -- the democratization of music, but not in the way once imagined. It won't kill music, but it will erase the better musicians forever.

I've recently come to the opinion as I regularly return to the music of the 20th century - particularly the 70's, that despite all the horrors, thank God for the 20th century when it comes to music and music recording and that that whole discography will be able to be mined for ever.
