I'm afraid not. IndyCar doesn't upload full onboard videos and if someone else does, they take them down from UA-cam. But, you can watch onboards live during a race from the IndyCar app.

You can watch them on the IndyCar app. There are a couple of onboards available during the races, as well as some other data like track position, acceleration, braking and so on.

I watch them through an android emulator on my PC.

Really? So now drivers are obliged to take the same lines and braking points every lap? It's obviously the responsibility of whoever is coming from behind. Rahal didn't Brake check him, it was a legitimate brake. Dixon did commit a mistake, and a very bad one, unless there was a mechanical problem with his brakes.

Barber is one of the best tracks we have here in the US!

Yeah, also a shame the #31 didn't catch the #7. The Cadi was close at some point and then it dropped back. Could've been a great fight in the last laps.

Yeah, around 190 tops during the race. Maybe a bit faster in practice/quali. These GTPs are not quite fast on straights. Even at Le Mans the LMHs were struggling to hit 205 in race pace (although the Toyotas did ~210 in practice or quali).

@@jenningswinfrey8171 That's awesome. Hope you had a great time. As for the BMWs, shame they didn't have the pace but I guess with new regulations it's a hit or miss scenario, they either get it right or completely wrong. BMW got the latter but they'll probably pick up the pace next season.

@@JakeTheDragon I've also been there,the best high speed corner gotta be the Tertre Rouge into the forest turn.The fly-by, particularly, is great,but the best corner for raw sound is the one into the Mulsanne straight from my opinion

Gets a bit annoying, doesn't it? I was hoping it would stop swinging after the rain had gone away but the driver left it on for some reason. At least it's not as visible in the dark.

At that point it was raining only in the last sector. Some teams were saying that the rain could come some 30 minutes after it actually poured down. I guess it was too big of a risk to put on inters while 70% of the track was dry and they probably expected it to be a short shower. They eventually had to pit cause the rain spread across the whole circuit.

There are no inters anymore.

Looks like it was Michael Fassbender; you can see him assisting with the driver change as the outgoing driver at about 2:55 with the flag for the Republic of Ireland and "Michael" on his race suit.

Yes, correct. It was indeed Fassbender. He really did well in those tough mixed conditions.

@@massimobernardo- I was referring to how well he managed driving with slicks in the rain. He binned it later on around midnight when the rain was over and the track was dry.

I've watched him since he first started racing with the cup cars, and I must say, he has really matured over time. As you said, this was some great driving in those conditions. While everyone was spinning out, he kept it clean. Shame he crashed later on but that's racing.
