A quick trip from Reno (KRNO) to Blackfoot (U02). Smooth flight, great views, busy airspace. This was my first time flying a jet.

12 mile final into St George (KSGU) airport. Great view of SandHallow off to the left. Great mountain view as well. It was choppy the entire flight but final was surprisingly smooth.

A quick VFR flight from KSLC to KPVU. Great view, busy radio, steep turns, and wake turbulence from an Air Bus. Another blessed day in the 172.

Plane was getting a new Heading Indicator, went to pick it up and bring her home. Quick flight with Cockpit audio. Filmed with a GoPro camera and head strap. Audio was captured using Sportys GoPro Audio Cable. It feeds directly into the GoPro. Quality is really good!
Cessna 172 IFR to Long Beach

First IFR route in training. KRAL to KLGB. I was under the hood the entire time except for 200 feet before landing and 200 feet after take-off. Beautiful Southern California Day, great for flying, NOT for IFR training though!
Engine Problems in a 172

We left KRAL and got about 10 miles out before the engine started sputtering. Later found out the valve for the fuel injection engine went out. You can't really tell how bad it was shaking but look at the visors and you can get an idea of the shake. Pretty good training if you ask me.
