I don’t know if the stories about their friends people are telling in this comment section are true, but this one IS a true story. I was friends with this girl, and she was amazing. We’d read together when they teacher made us, even though we barely ever read the books. We told each other jokes, we worked together in math, we would talk to each other when the gym teachers had us walk the track. She was just amazing. Then, we just started splitting apart. I asked her why we stopped being friends, hoping to actually put the spark back in the relationship and we would actually talk again. But she said “Because you’re annoying.” I hated myself for how I acted. Because now that I think about it, I really loved her like a sister. I don’t know if I can get it back. Thanks for reading the ramble. Just always hold onto your friends for as long as you can.

Where I live now a ton of kids talk about knowing each other for 10 years and being childhood friends and I don't have that, there's no such thing as a childhood friend in my world and its hard I wish I could have been able to keep a friend for that long
