The end of the Hyundai i30n
Today I found out the i30n will no longer be build :(
A sad day indeed. Let's take a look back at the i30n and what it represented.

Yeah... it's here I guess? Tbh I'm kind off over the Jaguar bashing at this point. Let's wait to see it in the flesh in 2025
Remember the 911 R?
Переглядів 4 тис.14 днів тому
A trip down memory lane. Why did the 911 R get made, why did it demand a $1m price at one point, and why did it start to crash just a year later in 2017...? #911r #911gt3 #porsche #gt3touring

What is Jaguar thinking?

Controversial Jaguar rebrand just dropped... not sure if it fits with the Jaguar Owners Clubs vibe... Will we ever see Jeremy say it's a jag again? 🥲 MSN article: "Radical Jaguar rebrand and new logo sparks ire online" UA-cam trailer: "Jaguar | Copy Nothing" Can't post links here yet, waiting on ID verification from UA-cam. Help a brother out and sub to help me get it ;) #jaguar #jaguarrebrand ...
What's going wrong at Ferrari?

I take a look at the previous Ferrari design language, and the current one. What has changed? And why don't most people like the current trajectory...? 00:00 - What's going wrong? 00:28 - 2000 era and before 04:10 - Laf 05:26 - The 2020 and before 13:05 - SF90 and conclusion #ferrari #ferrarif80 #ferrarisf90 #ferraridesign studio.ua-cam.com/channels/_sdAROdISWDrkrYKguCz9w.html
We are watching to the end of marketing, nothing f here stands. It seems that someone at their marketing dep missed the segmentation, target and position lecture.
I love it when rich people are separated from their money. 😂
What I find is, that the older Ferraris look elegant and sleeker with their more pronounced curves. Like, the curves are more visible. It looks more organic in a way. But the F80? It looks boxy to me. The curves are there but the overall design works to undermine the curves that kind of were the signature of Ferrari for me. Like, if you look at it, the front of the car almost looks angular and boxy enough (especially with the large air vents or whatever right behind the front wheels, where the side mirrors are attached) that it looks kinda weird. As if it's a separate boxy shell that's been attached to a sleeker-looking car. It's this front section that's the most off-putting for me. It just feels too far removed from all the older Ferrari model designs...
Woke is the destroyer of worlds.
If they're going downhill, they should've at least went down swinging by continuing to make proper sporty cars. Not this way.
Agreed. We'll see what it gives
Your critics are too toothless. Are you afraid of being cancelled?
Not at all, there was just no need
991 allocations not 911
My favourite Ferrari to this day is the one that wasn't worthy of the Prancing Horse badge... yep, the one with not enough cylinders. And its (not enough cylinders) engine also powered another favourite of mine, where it produced the most outrageous V6 sound under the sun. Of course, neither the Dino nor the Stratos were ever considered to be "supercars,"... but then, I'm not Superman. 😉
Dude they actually showed this car 2 weeks ago lol
2 days ago brother, yeah WTF 😭- concept though
no, you can see it in this video 0:39, that’s the blue back of the new car
I remember the Salomondrin days! Good times!
More fool the people who overpaid for 911R's. Porsche just laughing building the same car and pretending they are limited when they build over 35,000 911's per year
991 allocations not 911
That's why I love Porsche but I am team BMW.
They can’t even sell a fish 🐟 sea water! It’s not assuming to see Cosplay Clown Show Dystopian Drag Queens for a commercial that has nothing to do with the actual product they are marketing to understand where the mental of the marketing team for jaguar are. It is clearly not about marketing a legacy of a car or a product, rather their own mental orientation of what they are into.
As car makers frantically try to rush out 'cheaper' EV's to stimulate demand or even pull away and return to ICE (ie, the cars people actually want), Jaguar head in the opposite direction - expensive, luxury EV's only and then put out a marketing video like THIS. They are either extremely confident or extremely stupid.
I really didnt like this jaguar ads why jaguar end and no longer engine
Every special model from Porsche is just a rebranding scam that people pay OUTRAGOUS prices for for symbolic views and bragging rights when they barley ever leave the air controlled garage they spend 99.999% of its whole life span driving up the prices even more Gotta to love modern car collecting👍

@quickcarpod thanks bro 🤜

This feels like a very similar story the Porsche 911 S/T, it is a great car but I can’t see it being worth the premium.
Yeah a bit indeed
That is kind of true, although the premiums on the S/T is not as high as the R. The S/T is not selling 4X its value. People learned their lesson for sure lol!
BMW should a front for the European market..
Thumbs down.
Is that Roy Orbison with the white Jag?
🐐
Yep, saw him live in '63.
It's actually because their lead designer left in 2019 but whatever makes you hate China I guess
As soon as you said the current M3 looked good, you lost all credibility...
oops my bad, i like those designs(except the neue klasse)
stop blaming the market. blame the maniufacturer.
It has nothing to do with the Chinese. Even the buyers in china call bmw ugly as fk. Don’t the someone that has an average American tiny brain
Bmw isn't the only popular german brand in China. And Bmw sales declined a lot more than mercedes there. How do you explain that? EVEN IF there is data to support the idea that these hidious designs are what the average chinese wants, its still on bmw, because they decided to make cars for one market, and lost their soul along the way. The CEO is just looking for a way out and blaming their own fuck up on the Chinese.
It aint us bro, they running out of creativity so they blame the Chinese
They have lost 1000% of their spirit, I would not even buy a new bmw keychain if I had all the money in the world
ive always wanted to say this but I knew i'd get backlash or something
This it he only time I say Corporate greed got BMW twisted. This is the only time I will say that corporate greed has distorted BMW.
I’m done with this “China” argument - JDM brands in the 90s had whole different vehicles for different markets - BMW is one of the richest car brands, they can afford to make 2 different designs of their cars for different markets.
Then why aren't they? 🤷♂
Germany is planning to introduce tariffs that apply to all Chinese car brands. How are they planning then to continue selling German cars in China? China most likely will respond with the same actions
Oh... EU politics. So Germany influenced smaller members of the European Union to vote for tariffs, and when Germany was sure it will be enough many votes for tariffs, it voted against, still remaining friend of China.
but how is this design inspired by china? a comparison to chinese vehicles with similar design or examples from chinese culture of this design language is where i thought this video was going but instead i have no more information after 5 minutes than i did after seeing the thumbnail
they want to appeal to the chinese market since theyre the biggest buyers of bmws.
chinese culture for the most part is dead, its all about money now. learn more about china
Sorry but is this Fu**ing April fool? Are they dumping a heritage for a big mistake? Their advert looks nothing like a car. REMEMBER WHAT BENITTON DID. Do not make the same mistake. !!!!! Do these people have any brains?
hard to watch this with the images jerking around all over the place
Thanks, will move slower in the next ones 👍
Yeap. lasted 1min 10sec. I'm out.
It’s always China. Damn cheshtangs
i think BMW makes the best looking cars right now especially the i7
I think you need your eyes checked.
Ay man, different strokes for different folks
@@quickcarpodeveryone has a different taste in cars i a also love the EQS for example
They want the cars to have headlights like themselves
Put on as many lights on exterior as you can so the car can look like a semi
Funny how I got this video right after yesterday when one of my friends complemented the new 7 series look. He was the first person to make such remarks that I know of BTW. Meanwhile nothing could stop me hatin' on those Pig-nose grills.
To each their own right :D
my impression on the thumbnail as a Chinese: trust me we all hate it like everyone else in the world
Hahaha goated comments
Thats reassuring
I second this, every social media platform I see in China, they all think the new BMS designs are heinous. and the sale stats shows this as well; the new 7 series came out short while ago (with the giant intake) and it is heavily discounted already cause no one wants to buy them lmao
❤ 812 Superfast wa's the only Ferrari that is presentable...🎉
❤ you're absolutely right.. this is exactly an affair that turns out to be a black-hole🎉
its a joke to go viral..
For their sake, I hope so. I highly doubt it though.
Trans freaks on the ad? No, it wasnt a joke
Im a huge fan of Jaaaag, since forever. Love my ftype and Xe, but now i dont know if i want to show up in public with those. Guess ill gotta switch to BMW.
A company only rebrands when their identity is weak in the market position. Jaguar's brand was long established and strong. Who knows if this change was necessary, but it is definitiely an extremely risky gamble in the middle of an electrification revolution. It will take a decade for the casual observer to recognise and associate this new logo.
