I am an Ayurvedic Doctor by profession. I always believe that health comes from food what we eat. The more we use our kitchen the less likely we will go through illness and most likely that we will enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Food from one's own kitchen is the best way to stay fit and increase our immune power. This thinking motivated me to create my own channel and post the recipes as I prepare them in my own way.
