The Farang Fishing Club hit the water for a quick half-day trip around Phuket. Things started off rough with the sea tossing us all over the place, but we hung in there, and it paid off. By the second half, the weather calmed down, and we stumbled on something crazy-a huge school of mahi-mahi going wild around a garbage patch. Yeah, not the prettiest sight, but it made for some solid fishing. A couple of good catches, a lot of laughs, and one of those trips you don’t forget.
