Make a start on the north mule sheep! I have clipped all the hogs on tups now onto the sheep! While when sheep were in the pen the lambs got there second doze and the sheep got there first doze, then also we clicked all the sheep and lambs to prevent fly strike! Hope you enjoyed Watching don’t forget to subscribe to the channel! 🌱⛰🐑 Instagram-nathanallen12_

A year farming in the Lake District

A year farming in the Lake District
just wasted 3 mins of my life
this is the best Ive seen , Im in Canada and have caught one with just flooding the run and when it comes out trying to breath I nailed it ,i I tried the scissor traps with no result yours looks like the best method ,dont know if they are available here thanks
Thank you. Well worth the time to watch.
Do moles get in your house basement
Nice video.
Where can I find this trap? Is it sold on Amazon?
Thank you
Brilliant video thinking of doing this for local farmers
Iv got a mole😂I want it to leave my lawn 😂
What is the name of the trap please, and where is it sold?
def going to try the stone method as I have moles that regularly fill the traps and dig round them
does voles leave little dirt piles as well? Thank you
Voles dig differently, the soil is thrown out much like when a dog digs, mostly Voles inhabit Mole tunnels.
Thank you. I have one in front lawn. Thanks for the great instructions.
Where do you live? It's so beautiful there! Thank you for the video.
Definately gonna try this
Good stuff, mate 👍👍
I order 6 of those traps & they work really good, here bellflower Ca,
thanks Natan very helpful
I’ve not caught my mole yet but I’m on it’s case! What gloves do you have that last 10 years? 👍🏻🤠
You don't need to wear gloves a Mole is not afraid of your scent, if you think that wearing gloves that have been in your possesion and have touched inside and out some how masks your scent to an animal that is blind and relies totally on sense of smell and probably 10 times more sensitive than a dogs helps, your deluded. I can unpack a new trap, still with oil out of the packing, wipe my bottom with it and set it in less than three minutes and catch the Mole.
Yes more info on these traps. They look simole to make, i just need a better picture
Great video, Im from the states and this really helped provide alot of info. going to try the scissor types thanks
Clueless. Moles have eyes and are not blind. Get a professional
U
Useless mole catct
My mole died of old age before I finished watching the video. Problem solved.
Definately underrated content! Thank you Nathan! great stuff!😃
I see people use water. Or even gas!? I have an old car with heavy exhaust fumes, thinking about piping that into the ground to flush them out. Or would they just die under the ground?! Is there any lethal bait food they would eat?
Firstly a Mole has almost all red blood cells, which enable it to breath in a near zero oxygen enviroment, it can go down as far 4 metres, secondly the Mole is travelling Miles a day and is only in your garden for maybe 10 minutes in a 24 hour period. Water or gas is pointless
@@garlicandchilipreppers8533 👍🏼
Nice video. Won’t be long until we start lambing. We do late March early April. 280 New Zealand Romneys we’re doing in the south of UK. As long as the weather stays put. I can’t deal with anymore rain.
I like the video
Where can i purchase the trap Duncan is using i live in Washington state
An excellent video from a wonderful part of the UK, thank you.
If you look in fur you will see little black dots (eyes)
Beast!
Moles have eyes...very poorly developed and they are very nearsighted. They are very sensitive to light and like you said, their main defense is their nose.
I’ve had my trap (only one for the garden) go off and found it to be clogged again. Just been out and reset it as you do, hope it works overnight.
I live in America ( southern Oregon) and the moles are not out in the open, they're coming up around the foundation and concrete driveway... Any ideas to get rid of these bastards?
I've got the same issue here in Florida. Set some spike traps or gopher hawk traps on/in those tunnels because the tunnels next to structures are usually active. Look here on UA-cam for videos on the gopher hawk trap and some spike traps. Scissor traps work ok too but you have to dig out a little, so more work to set.
I am in southern Oregon also! Small world!
Brilliant. We live in Cornwall and my field has loads of moles. I have now bought the same traps as you have and hope for the best. Thanks a lot for your great video, All the best Duncan.
Where can we buy the trap
cheers buddy just ordered poison think it might be a bad move at 17 squid anyway traps on order if it fails anyways they are horrible little effffffers
Too tight to pay a Professional mole catcher, is the reality ! 😄
Thanks for some great tips… I’m now out to tackle the Somme (aka the lawn)… will let you know how I get on :)
Hello, ive got through another pair of wellies, was just wondering what wellies you use?
Video Very good pay moroco
Awesome video 👍 fine loader cool soundtrack keep up the good work 👍
THANK YOU. Caught my first ever mole today in the first trap I set. Thrilled.
Wow that's easy land to work. I'm a mole man and I only want jobs like that from nah on. Many mole runs are ower 2 foot down. Moles follow the worms deep in winter. Good vid tho👏
Everyone has them fella. They look to have been busy all around this year
Moles have pin sized eyes
Great video fella, really enjoyed it and found your stone tips very useful which I will be putting into place tomorrow as I’ve been after this one little crafty bugger all week otherwise I’ll be going up and sitting patiently with the 12 bore and wait for third put! I’ve been catching moles since a lad on fathers farm and now do it in return for land to shoot on in the area where I now live. Have you ever caught an albino?
You really cool dad so cool really video from ER ESME I love you too really cool
Great video. Welcome back,i always enjoy videos so keep them coming.
