What's this it's hard to tell

My mother ALMOST had a ❤ attack on this ride, even though it was NOT going that fast. That was many years ago, but to this day, ( Oct 2024 ), mom will NOT get on another ride, again . . . . . . . . . . no matter HOW slow it ( will ) go. 😕😳🥺
