I have about 100 pgs left of Quicksilver and yeah...definitely not feeling the reason this circulated so much. It's "fine" but not really gushing over anything. I like all the side characters and bad guys, but not the FMC. She did basically nothing for 450pgs ^^;;;;

I'm so glad I found this video, tbh I was frustrated with Iron Flame and I actually DNFed it. I'm still curious about Onyx Storm, and I should've continued reading because I stopped right before it got interesting. If I enjoy OS more than the IF I might go back and finish it.

Girl okay so boom I like your theory because Lilith always had so much control so what if she was a vemin and that’s why she was always so reserved. but what if instead of trying to cure herself she was trying to save Violet ?? Like what if it wasn’t fever that made her sick and that was a cover up just like the gryphon attacks , what if she was injected with venim blood ? And now violets blood is the cure and she was trying to make sure she is used or killed.

I don't think we've seen the last of the Luminaries = Devices used to strengthen dragon fire to forge the weapons that kill venin. Andarna is the only dragon that has been able to burn a Venin as seen when she first breathed fire, but ultimately bit off his head before we found out if she could actually kill him with fire. How would a luminary strengthen her fire? Alternatively, can Violet (or any rider) use a luminary as an amplifier device to strengthen her power? It seems like it might be too big to utilize in the field, but I have a hunch that we're more likely to see future use of the device vs a luminary ability manifesting as a signet in someone.
