You’re making me hungry!! 🍻🍻🍻🍻
Its a shame your client didnt want it done properly, you pay peanuts you get monkeys.
Great stuff! 🍻🍻🍻🍻
Good job
Ty m8
wouldnt worry baut it mate leaning tower pisstaaa never fell...your job was good...
Cheers, mate. The customer was happy. That's all that matters.
Loads will take the piss and say crappy stuff, but at the end of the day, your repair looks good and if customer is happy and you got some work then all is good.
Thank m8 appreciate your comment
Won't break the land speed record !!
I've never laid a brick before this So didn't think I did so bad
Your new brickwork looks fine, but it won't last. The concrete block wall behind has failed and is leaning forward under pressure from the ground behind, which has sunk to fill the void. There don't look to be any weepholes in the wall either, hence the damp. The whole thing really needs removing, a new decent foundation constructing, a new wall (with weepholes), heavy enough to resist the ground pressure, and backfilled with free draining material before repaving. Yes it will cost the client, but what you have done is only a short term fix.
Your right m8 Wrongly or rightly...he wants to just tart it up and hopefully sell in the next year or so I've told him I don't think it will last long I cut the bricks in half around the worst bits and made sure I left a gap But I know what your saying It needed ripping out I'm guessing we'll over ten thousand to fix..maybe even 20 ...30 The whole driveway needed to be sorted.60 wide by 150 long He just wasn't prepared to spend anymore money on property Thanks for feedback Lol never done brick wall before Talk about jumping in at the deep end
Also title is clickbait Wife wasn't prepared to wear her bikini and help me...to get more views. Lol I know it's not how to fix problem
mt.dew works better it's the sugar in the pop or soda

Ur welcome
UA-cam just popped this up to me - I'm living a similar journey. Completed a DIY extension a few years back, then a big decking and wall project. Now I'm onto the patio! Cleared my oversite, but I've got a brick built greenhouse going in - so much to learn, never done any patio work before. "This is gonna be a nightmare" - Yeah, sums it up doesn't it :D
How did you get on with your extension Was there any pit falls for me to avoid. I'm dreading all the regulations and paper work Good luck with the patio and thx for comment

As a tiler, it looks pretty good to me in 'setting out', i.e. It's all lining up and square. My only advice is to have a clean bucket of water with a sponge handy at all times. You need to clean the joints as you go otherwise you'll be scraping out the dried up adhesive. Well done though!!
Cheers m8 believe or not I've gone through a dozen of them lol
I like that. You got the job to do my dream house 😉🍻
Yer sadly she past away..done the whole house up.took about six month's. Just when I finished.she was gone
@@udoubuilder4823 what? Oh no that’s awful. No words. 😧
Colourclad sent me a couple of PDF's with all the specifications and fitting info. It takes a bit of understanding but it's all there. You didn't want 350mm barge boards, you needed mini-Z profile which is what they offered.
hi m8 just got message...i couldnt get on with the pdfs..my barge board were 200 by 150..the 150 was the facia and 200 was the top...the miniz worked a treat look up the guy..one hand craftman,,he had the barge boards that went over the roof ridges hope this helps
hand i craft thats hes utube channel
Wow looks great. Cool bathroom!
Ty m8
It appears from the look and from the difficulties that you were having that your mortar was very dry. You start with poor adhesion and it just goes downhill from there. I feel your pain. Tile work is tedious and relies on so many different factors. You keep saying you're not a tile guy, but your cuts are clean and your lines are level and square. I've seen pros do worse. I wasn't there, but it really appears that your mud was too dry. No offense, mate, but that is looking like one dreary room. I hope you are planning a very light grout to help it pop! Nice work. You should be proud of what you've shown us.
Ty m8 for your feedback The problem I had was too much paste I wanted the walls to be square and level. Once I started I couldn't stop myself As for the room looking dreary you could be right I'm just hoping the ceiling and rad wall bring it back... Check out the next room . I do... Bedroom.. I'm not having any say on it. Will be all my wife's ideas.... Lol Once again. Thanks for feedback
Don’t be to hard on yourself mate, it all looks good. Keep going 👍🏻
Cheers m8
P r o m o s m ☺️
What does that mean m8
If you are going to tile it why bother plastering it the wall can hold more weight for tiles if not plastered
Hi m8 It improves water tightness Thx for Comment
Plus I'm going to water tank the walls
Don't worry about the bargeboards bending it will happen it's the same as aircraft being riveted they do the same canning effect just means it's a good tight fit and secure
Cheers m8 I'm over it now lol
you dont know what your doing....amatuer
I’ve installed few of them for my customers and they was so happy with results mate 👌🙂👍🏼
Yeah seems to be spot on Cheers m8
