I saw ONE person with the purple variety, but it just looked like the purple pakChoi (which I already have). Plus, I think I prefer how much larger 2pak's leaves get (but I DID hear that tatSoi can thrive through the freeze of the WHOLEAZZ WINTER!).... I'm finna see what 2pak do tho because I plan to use it as an aesthetic for winter landscaping ideas, so I need enough to eat AND to last THROUGH THE WINTER (without eating them all up, but CAN if We wanna). One of your commercials made Me cackle. It was cindylou telling Us that We should NEVER use vinegar or bleach on mold.....🤭girrrrrrrrl, MY BLAQ SELF IS GON' USE ALLADAT! You LUCKY if I don't use it all SIMULTANEOUSLY. Meanwhile, I'm listening her thinking, "FIRSTLY, do YOU USE A WASHCLOTH? OR EVEN BATHE *DAILY* ?" Because I'm weird in that cleanliness recommendations from certain folks are laughable to Me, AT BEST -- 🤫 but let Me hursh and let people sell their products. 1:28 A GardenBae sent Me that years ago and since I butchered the name EVERY TIME, We just started calling it MilliVanilli cabbage. I keep the packaging for sentimental reasons because she covered the package with a picture of milliVanilli & a note that said "GIRL YOU KNOW IT'S TRUE" -- and I laughed FOR WEEEEEKS every time I checked My seed packets (lowkey STILL DO). I planted them initially, but they seemed privy to insect damage and tasted a'lil peppery, so I stopped growing them, but I've since seen them get HUGE in other ppl's garden, so I'mma see what that years-old germination is talkin'bout THIS season, lol. PLUS, I've seen a purple variety and if the flavor is any better in cooler temps, YOU *KNOW* I'mma get the purple one!! I THOUGHT I didn't like 2pak when I had the green one and since I JUST started growing the purple, it turns out that I ACTUALLY *DO* love it! Sometimes you REALLY DO HAVE TO GIVE IT MORE THAN JUST ONE shot. PLUS, I still get the deep, rich green color when using the purple one. I'mma grow it IN EXCESS and then just cut & freeze it like other greens. I'mma see if I can get that, lettuce/spinach (if it'll act right), collards, & sprouting broccoli to be My fall/winter staples. Still testing the herbs' cold tolerance individually too. 1:00 = Me, EVERY FALL. HOW'D YOU DO THAT??!! You ain'eem COOK NOTHING IN THIS VIDEO & GOT ME *ALREADY* PLANNING TO HAVE SOUP FOR LUNCH, JUST BY TALKIN'BOUT IT!!! 🍲🤤

Haven't tried Pak Choi before. I love stir frying food, so I think Imma will go get some 🤣😅😂 Now I have a valid excuse to buy seeds.

I tried Chinese celery, but it started it too late in the spring. I think it might do well in the fall, depending on your frost date.
