About the car, being on a rally setup, it feels weird to control, the car has significantly less grip and it doesnt slow down as quickly as its racing setup, sometimes i find myself understeering a lot of times, which pretty much sums up why i failed to be in the lead of the 2nd lap, sucks. But when youre skilled enough, youll make some awesome looking drifts.

I havent played this game in the actual arcade form, but i HAVE PLAYED its predecessor battle gear 3, which is harder than 4 tuned, the arcades located in market market, and the mall is fairly close to my house, too. battle gear 3 also doesnt have a nitro system unlike 4, prolly coz its more oriented in a simulator experience, while 4 went for the fun part, speaking of simulator, i consider battle gear 4 a simcade, it has realistic handling physics, but the collision physics, especially when you bump into a rail, aint too realistic, plus, no damage system, and the nitro system which contributes to the arcadey vibe, and lastly, the presentation and music, its very arcade-oriented, and the music rocks! i love it.

the time i saw the GBA port of crazy taxi, i was intrigued by the game, and i wanted to get it so i can experience it and also add it to my crazy taxi collection, but while doing so, i also found some pretty negative comments and receptions about the game, saying it was unplayable, terrible, and how its the worst thing theyve played in their life. Sounds like a serious exaggeration to me, and it most likely stems from them not caring enough to play the game, so im gonna respond to some of the criticisms. games framerate runs like trash - the game runs with a low fps, and theres still framerate dipping, but its tolerable, and the dips arent too bad and doesnt exactly affect the gameplay all too much. graphics are terrible - yeah, the graphics are not great, but it remains serviceable, landmarks are easy to understand, and it isnt eye-straining, when i was filming the footage of the video, i didnt got any headache or even dizziness. game is unplayable - say wha-? this is the worst game - give the game another shot, maybe youll change your mind, coz i assure you, there exists worse games out there, this isnt even the worst GBA game! let alone the worst GBA RACING game! for that, thunder alley takes the cake. well, from what ive seen, some of these receptions are quite prejudiced, they didnt put enough time nor interest to play the game, i dont trust them, and neither will you all, theyre some folks that make a game look worse than it really is. Personally, when ive played this, i was having some fun, and i was pretty surprised that most of the content remained intact within a handheld system, and when i compared my experience with the PSP/PC port to the GBA, it aint too far off, plays somewhat the same, except the physics are different in the GBA port, and its a little off, but it aint a game-breaker for me, still. Rating: 5.8/10 an adequate crazy taxi experience for the GBA, still has the kick from arcades. And while not of great quality, it still does the job, and can prove to be fun at times.

In the two sections where the road splits, go left. Also you need to drift at least when you’re at your destination. You’ll get more money and won’t have to turn around so much. It’s hard to explain in message so check out some of the tutorials that were done recently.

What a safe and amazing ride!

Not sure what you’re playing this on but it’s the PSP Fare Wars version. If you don’t like that motion blur aka “Crazy Blur” you can turn it off under unlockables as an on/off setting. Just adding that because the blur drove me crazy during my long plays.

Maybe I'll do one like this... This seem like a very interesting challenge :)
