Very nice! May i ask you what about RI of the Norland Adhesive used to repair prisms? Art
@@microscopeitaly NA of this Norland adhrsive is 1.0,I learned this method on the microhunter forum
@@zpchen705 thank you
@@microscopeitalyHere is the article about Zess DIC Prisms repair, web adress:www.microbehunter.com/microscopy-forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=8830
what a great honored!I just learned alot of Knowledge about Zeiss Inko DIC condenser from your web side:www.microscopeitaly.it/ I have two zeiss DIC condenser too,NA 1.4 and NA0.63,I found My 0.63 DIC condenser with 0.90 top lens can get compatible with more different models of objectives and DIC sliders
@@zpchen705 glad to hear my articles is useful for you. I want a 0.90 top lens in order to get new combinations DIC prisms and objectives. Thank you very much.
красиво!
Thank you
Здравствуйте, доктор Chen, отличное видео! Так же ждем новые видео с DIC с микроскопа Carl Zeiss Axioscope5
Thanks for your support, I've been using Universal microscopes more recently, and I'll be shooting some more with Axioscope in the future(Спасибо за поддержку, в последнее время я использую Universal микроскопы чаще, и позже я буду снимать их на Axioscope)
@@zpchen705🤝 A universal microscope? Is this some kind of model or a generic name?
@@ВасилийКазаков-т3х This is the name of a microscope model, between 1950s and 1970s
@@ВасилийКазаков-т3х I introduced this microscope in another video of mine, when west Zeiss used the “OPTON” trademark in China
0:39 Zeiss made in Chine😅
Yes, the machine frame part of the microscope is made in Suzhou, China
i dont see much difference to my old Leitz Laborlux
It's true that many older models of light microscopes are not inferior in image quality to today's products, and I also enjoy collecting antique microscopes,I once had a Leitz microscope from 1927 and it still showed good image quality
@@zpchen705 i agree perfect with you.......the important thing is not the microscope, but how you can prepare the specimen to see what you search to see
Yes, I couldn't agree more. It doesn't matter how good a brush is if you don't paint well@@lotharmayring6063
@@zpchen705 the important thing in microscopy is the preparation. A real master can then make pictures with the simplest instrumental equippent. Most scientist with their 100 000 bug fully motorised confocal epifluoerescent laser scanning microscops cannot do so
I was contemplating the purchase of an Axioscope 5 for DIC (approx. $60,000 USD) but when I saw the MADE IN CHINA label, I said "No way."
In fact, Zeiss microscope is produced and assembled by the world factory, as far as I know, the Suzhou factory in China only produces the frame part, and the optical performance is still first-class
Where did you buy this microscope?
Purchased from a dealer at Zeiss Research Market, who gave the maximum discount in consideration of individual purchases
Is this the primostar 3 or 1? Cool video!
Excellent DIC microscopy! What type of camera du you use? Subscribed.
I use a CANON 90D camera,it has 4k video capability
Hi! Amazing content! Does the 63x/0.95 support DIC?
The support is not good enough, dic imaging requires a dic slider with a matching objectives, and I only have a 63x/1.40 oil slider
Hi i want to know which microscope do you use
Congradulations!
Excellent, would love to see more!
Amazing ! Excited to see more footage with that microscope :)
thank you,I like your channel!
HELLO, PLEASE, WHERE CAN I GET THE SUPPORT AND CAMERA FOR PRIMOSTAR MICROSCOPE?
you can get the T2 adapter and T2 convert ring for your camera, I bought it from taobao.com. or you can contect zeiss to get adpter but maybe more expensive.
Hello Chen Very nice video.. I know this method uses polarizing filter disk on the condenser.. but could you please show your setup? of further explain how you did it? Thanks
beautiful setup
好像在某论坛看到楼主,请问一下楼主在中国?在哪里订购的蔡司?
我在闲鱼买的二手,订购的话,淘宝和阿里巴巴都可以搜到经销商,找他们订购就可以
ZP Chen 我知道,谢谢
Did you put a polarizer filter seen in 1:32 ? I've also a Primo Star and the only thing I miss is a Nomarski filter
Primostar did not support polarizer filter,I used a cinema 3D glasses to make a simple polarized light. I study from a youtube channel( ua-cam.com/video/rQPPWXxCBX4/v-deo.html )
Hey :) Which adapter did you use? I'm using a Lumix81 camera and it's not working very well on the Fototubus :/
You can find T2 adptor, then look for T2-your camera transfer ring, but I guess( transfer ring for your camera) it‘s hard to find , Canon and nikon are more easy to find.
