Imo the best answer and smartest way to proceed with the issue of a cohabitee Is to state in your answer that the issues as to presumption of marriage shall be determined by matrimonial proceedings afterwhich you'll cite the relevant case law on presumption of marriage and thresholds to be met. After that, if the thresholds are met, proceed with the presumption that she is a wife for the purposes of succession.-as taught by Tony Moses Odera
