My thing is I don't eat , all day I work 12 hours a day and when I come home in the evening I eat , I run on coffee with sugar and cream also going through menopause , let me tell you I've gained 68 pounds 😩 I just started my weight loss journey today . I mean being very serious about it 🤷

I’m with you Sis I was never that person who kept myself accountable for me. Hubby and kids and work were my top priority, and I took pride in that. Then the kids got grown it took me two years to get through that just trying to figure out who I am and what I want… Then I put the focus on my husband and sad to say that was a bad move… But here I am at 50 holding myself accountable for me and enjoying every bit of it🙌
