The soundtrack saves this movie. Let's face it: It's not a good movie. But the soundtrack elevates it to a guilty pleasure movie, at least

At the time the movie came out, I used to play a lot of Vampire: The Masquerade, read a lot of Anne Rice, and listen to all of these artists. I was completely obsessed. Best soundtrack ever, and it's not even close.

Holy crap this lineup is literally legendary. My god i never knew, im almost 30 and only seen this movie once. Oh god im a failure for this. And I love you Chester B.

I would never understand why Davis felt the need to write dumb teen angst lyrics like "Why is everything so fucking hard for me? Keep me down to what you think I should be " that had nothing to do with the character of Lestat. There are actual lyrics in the books and are way better than anything that ended up in the movie.

This whole soundtrack was an absolute game changer back in 2001. All of these great rockstars together. It’s crazy how a few of them have passed on so young.

I only recently learned John D wrote and produced the score. Such answeet discovery since the is one of my favorite moves and also love korn and admire the shit out of Johnathan Davis for what he's made of his life given the horrific things he's been through.
