Hey I’m contemplating joining Hirschbach Lease seems like a good situation.
Do they have driver facing cameras
hello i'm starting on the 6th of jan, are you still doing good
They just called me today I’m thinking about joining,r u still with them an how is the money
Why are you staying out that long? That’s crazy…. You don’t have to stay on the road to make money.
Only rookies would lease/rent a truck on mileage
Prime you make more 3k 4k check for solo ofter all expenses
What's up bro had some questions about the company.. What's your IG
What happened to you man? Did you leave? You still lease?
Oh and do u have to have ur permit already
Do they pay u 4 training, and after whats the cents per mile
do they check for cocaine? i love my coke while i drive hard work
Knowledge is power. Business owners and corporate types dream of loyal employees that are content staying employed with them without giving substantial raises and who do what they say by keeping their mouths shut. In the open market of capitalism, sometimes wages go up because people leave jobs knowing there is better pay elsewhere. That's why they love for us to not discuss wages. Ask free agents in sports. If they didn't know other players salaries, they'd have no leg to stand on in negotiating better contracts. One thing is for sure, I'm not going to shut up like a good slave.
Bro I was with hirschbach 8months and I just quit because they don't pay nothing and there lease purchases is a scam and they trucks are not up to standard stay there a little longer you will change this video
Pay is a legit question this ain’t the streets
This man got on here to say keep your eyes on your own paper 😂😂😂
Are you still at hirschbach? I’m supposed to go to orientation this coming week.
How was orientation? Are you still with them? How is it?
Thanks for the vid..I'm in talks with Hirschbach about a lease to own program. H sounds good.
First thank you for sharing brother ! Can you tell us more how many hours you drive in 24 hour period ,do you make time to stop places ? Thank you
Hey brother I have a few questions about Hirshbach is there anyway I can communicate with you I’m a trucker and just looking for some insight on that company
How’s it going for you over there
Im going to Denton tx the beginning of September.
Man you need come on over to the LTL gang. Home everyday and make the same amount of money without the responsibility. And some LTL companies even have teams where you can make more and be home on weekends.
Thank you for your videos sir. I'm joining Hirschbach in a few weeks. Thank you so much
The communication on your videos are very horrible. It’s weird how you said you want to start a vblog but don’t interact with your followers, nor assist them with the answers they are asking. That’s not how u do your, subscribers
I will be at orientation this week and I’m on crypto too
Why no RESPONSES?
Any updates. I’m coming on board next month
Great video. What is your truck govern at. And how long is your lease
Aye bro do they have inward facing cameras?
Yeses they do even on lease trucks
I'm Sal AL with JoyRide Logistics, making $1,635 gross salary company driver weekly pay. I started on 1/22/2024 with JoyRide dry van company over the road truck driver. Take in bank $1,303.97 weekly net pay. Plus, I get $575 monthly safe driving bonus consistently. My Net weekly pay after safety bonus was $1,708.24 in bank!!! Drive a dedicated route with dry van easy safe lane from Goodyear AZ to Lamirada, CA. Then, I pick up an Amazon load back to Phoenix AZ. Loads are lightweight with only a dirt truck parking lot in Phoenix Arizona. They are empty cans of Monster energy drinks or Sprite. Plus, I drive the lower west coast from Goodyear Arizona to Lamirada, California, where driving all year is safe away from the bad weather potential to avoid accidents and traffic jams! Truck I'm driving is a Freightliner Cascadia white color 2022 with 157,767 low miles with medium-sized Whirlpool refrigerator, APU, and TV mount, governed at 74 mph automatic transmission. I'm saving $1k a week to buy my own truck. I'm thinking of working at JoyRide for the next 2 years until I get my own truck.
Do they actually give yall tvs and a fridge?
I can relate to your life on a personal level. I got a big family at home and one of the hardest thing is to be OTR for 5to6 weeks. I’m from Elizabeth NJ and was wondering if the company has loads out my way? Once your done with your time OTR does the company pay your commute?
How long do you stay out before you go home?
Do they allow u to bring a Rider
Would you consider doing a pay video?
Did you do the leasing option?
Do they run your credit?
Did y’all do a road test and some backing? Also did you need to pay down?
Bro I’m going for orientation next week. How do you like it so far…is they pay good after the truck payments and all deductions?
I'll see you there!
I start Monday.
Hell that international got a cummins id stick it out in that one lol the internationals people have issues with are the maxforce
That Cummings is surrounded bout international parts! Don’t do it!!
Do they have Peterbilt?
Hair follicle test?
Yup! I failed and never touched a drug
Really hard to hear you, the truck noise and your border line whispering ain't helping😮
How good are they.. im iffy about them
If you ask me it’s just like any company they’re as good as you make it they keep you running good communication and good equipment I don’t have no complaints
Good video bro definitely gave me a good idea of what’s going on over there 5 years in I think I’m ready to make that move to lease
That’s a bet come through they official they lay everything on the table so it’s no surprises on nothing
Stay blessed bro I’m from Louisiana too, I have been away from the reefer game for a minute but I’ve been giving Hirschbach a close look. Loving the content for sure bro I’m looking forward to the next one
Appreciate that
Any advice for me? I’m coming in as a lease purchase operator and I’m single no kids and 25 years old and im doing OTR leasing for Hirschbach
Just come run the bag up. Save ya bread and invest that’s my best advice honestly get you out the game sooner
@@jorymyles7834 I appreciate you bro🙏🏾
30% for taxes
What’s that? lol but no they have a service that sets ya taxes up 4 you tracks per diem and all
As independent contractor, you should have your business set up in an LLC and then your CPA will probably suggest you get approved by the IRS to be able to file your LLC as S Corp. After that you have so many write offs that there were plenty of years I didn’t pay taxes at all. Employees end up paying the highest amount of taxes and have very few write offs so in that tax status, you will pay upwards towards 30%.
