Lake Somerville State Park Nails Creek
Half the way between Austin and College Station, Texas, this Texas State Park is on the southside of Lake Somerville. This park is definitely a horse lovers paradise. However, there are plenty of trails for hikers and bikers as well.

A review of Galveston Island State Park in Galveston, Texas. This is a different kind of channel where you'll get a little bit of history, education, fun facts as well as reviewing the park. It was extremely windy. I had difficulty finding places to video as the tripod was bending and swaying constantly. I apologize for the wind noise, but sometimes, that's just the way it goes. Enjoy!

Double Lake Recreation Area in Coldspring, Texas. A wonderful place to camp, picnic, swim, fish, rest and relax. DLRA offers RV, tent, group sites, shelters and day-use picnicking.
