So you carry a boombox with you to play stupid background music whenever you talk?
It's always interesting to learn about different real estate strategies! In terms of content, in the future I would recommend blurring out these people's faces, especially the faces of their children (i.e. 26:04). A foreclosure (or preforeclosure) is an embarrasing thing to go through and blurring out the faces of the homeowner and their children is nice balance of 1) teaching people about this opportunity and 2) maintaing compasion for the homeowners.
Okay you say that you don't want to be a threat to nobody so you'll have your hands in your pocket right that is a bad idea having your hands in your pockets don't make you non-threatening if you came to my door with your hands in your pockets you might catch a gun to the forehead because I would see that as a threat if you want to seem less threatening it would be better for you to have your hands above your waist and in front of you another words be casual however now it is a good idea that you take a step back from the door but do not shift to the side because you want to be in full visibility of the individual that's coming to the door to see who's knocking on their door

Great way to embarrass people who are already going through a hard time for your own financial benefit. Your an outstanding human being. When you don’t pay your credit card bills someone should come to your house and put you on camera… you know, so they can help you because they are good human beings👌Sharp Shooter! so without watching let me guess.. you go around to houses that might foreclose and try to buy them off cheap.. its just fucking flipper cancer. i get 40 calls wanting to buy my properties, half are scams from india. some are legit companies tho. also get mailings all the time for the same reason. ah real estate vultures. btw ill sell you a house in atlanta for dbl market value. available to close in 10 days. its ready to go. come one come all. come invest lmao. my renters moved out and i redid all new appliances and hvac. 35xx sq ft 2010 build. come invest. right

I’ve tapped in but the builders (their land acquisitions managers) never respond. Some do and some don’t. What am I doing wrong? I had so many pieces of land under contract. I even found buyers first but they still won’t contact me once I find their exact buyers criteria for the price they agreed to pay. 😢😢 HELPPPPP

Excellent info/insights as always! 5:45 he needs the cheap labor ie taking advantage of illegals but i bet he votes democrat-the bleading heart dries up as soon as theres $ on the line -I cant really be apart of that in good conscience.
