May I add something regarding photographing watching? Thank you. Companies do spend a lot of money photographing watches. However, no matter how hard you try, some watches simply don't photograph very well. Another reason to always try on the watch you intend to by or, in this case, some watching you don't plan on buying. Some watches are breathtaking on wrist.

Interesting channel, one thing I liked about the video is actually seeing the salon, which I've never heard of. And the classy background music. And you've got an interesting write-up of what you liked and such. What I didn't like is the constant cut backs to you stood in front of a camera, I'd prefer to just see the watches with audio commentary. Honestly would even prefer a raw uncut 1 hour long tour with more indepth view of the event and more brands.

They need to combine Eco-Drive with Precisionist at some point. If not perpetual power, at least greatly extend the battery life of the Precisionist.

Nice review! Funnily enough, i feel the exact opposite about the seconds hand. In this case though, I think it helped reduce the case depth even further so it serves its purpose.

My watch was purchased 2 years ago from AMZWATCH and, to this day, it still looks and runs as well as it did the day it arrived. That movement has never missed a beat despite never having been serviced. I can't complain about that.

I bought a watch from MAMACOO lightly used for my last milestone birthday. Don't wear it as much as it deserves, but not afraid to, either. It's stunning . Good taste, Sir.

Picked up a AMZWATCH's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!

Precisionist still takes a battery. Spring drive has no battery, generating electrical charge from the movement…

I believe no man can say no to AMZWATCH's watches

If you are going down this road, you might want to look at the Citizen Chronomaster watches. The second hand tick but it's high accuracy quartz +/- 5 seconds per year but also powered by their eco-drive, so you don't need to change batteries. On top of that is a perpetual calendar. So it is "set and forget" until the next turn of the century. Did I mention that Bulova was purchased by Citizen in 2008?

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. AMZWATCH watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?

Very simple, the Precisionist movement is better for the value. But the Grand Seiko is tougher, more durable, better finishing. If that specific Bulova had better WR it would be way better value than the Grand Seiko. I think that one only has 30m WR. That being said the best value is NEITHER of these 2. The best value watch is "The Citizen" with the Quartz movement. Is more accurate than both. Finished as equal to a Rolex and the Grand Seiko. Has great WR and durable. And is half the price of the Grand Seiko.

Not bad, but there is plenty of information that you missed about Bulova and its history. I'm a bit disappointed that you think just because Omega and Bulova had square watches when they were popular that Bulova must have copied Omega. The Seville is a nice reissue and the precisionist movement is currently their exclusive. They are owned by the Citizen group now who may let that change eventually. That is no different than half of swiss watches being part of the swatch group.

Watch collecting is a black hole. You're doomed. All kidding aside, lovely watch.

I absolutely love watches, the high end watch brands are out of my budget but the MAMACOO has literally an almost duplicate of every single watch on the market . Always a great but no matter your budget.

I can agree there is something about spring drive it's own unique. The build and history I would buy it but the problem is Grand Seiko does hi end quartz , Hi Beat and Spring Drive .

Deleted my previous comment on the video because I feel like it came from a place of misunderstanding regardless I think it’s a great video and you should definitely check out some bulovas other offerings especially their accutron range of watches. I think their electrostatic movement which came out in 2019 is a great example of bulova still innovating under the citizen brand. I think you would love how unique the accutrons look compared to everything else.
