1) you can quantify anything into as small a size as you want, that doesn't mean that an event isn't happening the way we define it; which leads me to the next point. 2) TEMPERATURE in layman definition is about what sensible heat we humans feel at x or y level. OF COURSE heat THROUGH the conduit of AIR & MOSITURE is about movement of those compound's molecules, but that's not what we layman MEAN when we say Temperature. We mean the sensible heat, or absence of, at a given x or y level/value; that's is what our definition is of that word. It's in the dictionary "hello, McFly, helloo". 3) You are right that 99.999% of the elements & compounds around us Humans on this planet are "ALWAYS" moving, but that doesn't mean that EVERYTHING even outside of us and our planet is moving. That's literally the whole point behind the Kelvin Scale of Temperature, i.e. there are things in space that have the "TEMPERATURE" of 0Kelvin AKA -476F, which means they have ZERO MOVEMENT!

How can the 3rd law of thermodynamics (0K in impossible to reach) hint towards God? Temperature doesn't even measure hot or cold, temperature can't be inherently measured in the first place. We can only create reference points and measurements using the laws of thermodynamics.

2 points: You can fill the role of treasurer and secretary yourself. You don't need two other people. The 183 day rule is not accurate. If you have economic ties and residency this is not necessarily required. Like he says, you have to do your own research.

You don't necessarily have to sever all ties to Canada, but you do have to have to weigh your ties against those you have in the foreign countrie(s). For example there are situations where you can keep your driver's license, credit cards or even bank accounts.
