Popgoes Finale failed because their main developer LSFDevelopment disappeared off the planet for a bit. When you lose your programmer, you literally can't finish the game. What other games were cancelled? Kane definitely has a track record in cancellations, but at least this time he's not going to let that happen. With the new Popgoes Arcade paid expansion, future merch, and console and mobile ports, Kane and his team have a huge financial incentive to finish the game.
