Personally i dont think hoyo would put a inazuma chronicled wish banner in 5.4 bcuz the idea just seems unreal maybe in 5.6 or 5.7 bcuz alot of characters are waiting for reruns from inazuma but back to back? I dont think so plus its pretty obvious that hoyo doesnt put their most awaited characters in chronicled bcuz ppl have been waiting for xianyun and expected her to be in the chronicled banner but she didnt make it
