There's something I’m still unsure about in the flow automation. For the Unengaged Flow you set up, the profile filter is set to "Opened zero times since starting this flow." This means that if someone opens the first email, they won’t follow the automation of becoming supressed. But if they don’t unsubscribe or click anything, they’ll still remain on the list. Shouldn't it be that if they open the email but don’t take any further action, they should be suppressed anyway?
