Does life steal work with bows too? I'm using merecinary armor with 35% dmg reduction. Just pushing through the game only level 101 at power level 202. I don't have much gear to choose from.

@@GameWithSki Yes I believe it does, your armor is probably the best you have for now, but you would be surprised how the power level makes a difference with your health pool when it comes to armor. I would still recommend life steal, or just a higher level version of what you have now. I also advice to try to keep your general power level pretty high in order to get higher power gear like armor, weapons, and artifacts.

Thanks! It really is a great game! I actually like the discontinued aspect. A lot of games just keep changing things for the sake of changing things and it just ruins the game or becomes a second job to even keep up with the change.

@@nc5337 I just made it to T6 yellow maps and pushing at 137,000 tooltip dps. Same exact gear except using Admirals Arrogance gloves for +3 to melee skills and increased rage. Now I have over 200 chaos so now I'm trying to figure out endgame gear.

If your main arrow (where you aim) didn’t hit enemy,your Dynamo stack won’t be consumed ,also the side arrow of Bonus Shot and Multi Shot won’t consume the stacks It is not recommended to use a controller to do this trick

I do not have the expansions to get those weapons at this time.

Thanks! I may go dual wield elemental hit slayer. I like that dual wield passive bonus doubled! That right there with dual claws and also that claw passive to further increase speed. That may be a winner.

Fortify passive wheel is right there. Why waste Ascendency points? Anyways so much changed with the update the build is basically scrapped now :(

@@GameWithSki No dude, the passive points is the hardest currency in the late game, there is no way that a 4 point investment (especially for Rampart) is worth it when you can get an Ascendancy , in Normal Lab now, that grants perma fortify. Don't mean to shit allover your build but it is at this point, as you said, bricked by now.

@@lootzifer_tv6342 Thanks for the comment! I moved on to elemental hit after the massive patch notes dump. I think Lightning strike and elemental hit are the two best melee elemental attack skills. I chose dual wield elemental hit because it effectively eliminates the need to source 2 expensive weapons for endgame.

I don't know what PDR is. I don't know how EHP is calculated and how many hours does it take to get to that point from a league start?

@@GameWithSki PDR stands for Physical damage reduction. EHP is a number in Path of Building (a software for theorycrafting), it does not hold alot of weight tho. But the first part of Stephens comment is right evasion is very strong in this game, since the way evasion works u cannot get hit unluckily twice in a row.

@@GameWithSki see the reason why evasion is strong is the evasio ncap is 95% but with a watcher eye you only need to reach 87% since the watchers gives you a free 8% on top. Now the real reason its so strong is it uses an entropy system. meaning it calculates how many hits you would evade on average and then you get this number of hits evaded. so when you have 95% evasion the game gives you 18 hits which cant hit you and only the 19th hit will hit you. Ofc you still need some kind defences other than that but in 99% of scenarios you wont get hit with 100k dmg hits, itll be a lot of smaller hits which you just ignore 18 of before you get hit ONCE and then you ignore 18 more hits. Also PDR stands for Physical damage reduction, so essentially your armor

i disagree on the Frostblades Statement. FB lost like 5% damage after Totem removal. Thats without the new enchants, without any recombinator/Kalandra Items, without a new anoint since Panopticon was always the best but any Elemental Damage anoint should be amazing now, this does also not include any new uniques/interactions and lastly it also doesnt take into account that you will most likely try to get rage one way or another for more damage as well. overall the build just got less annoying to play but ultimately got better for this league

only thing that really kidna hurts is the attackspeed from totems but thats about it.

@@mrturtle3531 Hatred: No longer has causes you and nearby allies to deal more Cold Damage. You and nearby allies now gain 30% of Physical Damage as Extra Cold Damage at gem level 1 (previously 16%), scaling up to 39% at gem level 20 (previously 25%). Pre-3.25 is 18% more cold damage from Hatred. Frost Blades is a baseline 60% phys->cold conversion then you grab the other 40% from Fangs of Frost's Mastery. So the 18% was just a flat damage multiplier that got removed. (1.25*1.18)=47.5% nerfed to 39% if you have LITERALLY zero other added cold damage. Granted Frost Blades adds a lot less flat cold than I had previously thought (lv20 75 to 113), it probably did receive a very slight buff overall for LOW budget, scaling to a more noticeable buff once you get higher end weapons. 225%->409% effectiveness added dmg at gem level 20 I'll add things up for Bloodseeker since the video is about claws, I'll use the unique claws with the sheet highest damage. 172-272 1.68aps (373 claw dps)*1.39*4.09= 2,120 {(373 claw dps)*1.25 + 158 added cold Frost Blades dps*}1.18*2.25= 1,657 dps I'm not even going to factor in the melee totems because most new players don't even use them. Please remember, this is with no other added phys as extra cold (possible shaper ammy for 15%?) and not factoring anything else in.

nope sadly you are wrong. if you want to hear the best advice for Frostblades go hit up Zish. He is the Nr1 FB player and one of the guys who hit 190mil in Affliction League. Trickster is the best choice as of now and definately one of the tankier choices too, yet we will have to see how Warden plays out as that might be the new FB meta. Slayer is also possible but it has les damage overall and the build looks kinda weird on paper. Berserker is possible too ofc to get really high damage numbers but you will fall over a lot. Make sure on PoE Ninja to sort the characters to have atleast 60-100k ehp (effective hp) so you dont get glass cannons that just artificially inflate the damage to appear on poe ninja

I wouldn't say nerfed hard. Unstoppable Hero has been nerfed for Perseverance builds, but Fortitude no longer requires you to path through it to compensate. And melee overall has had its damage buffed so the build should be fine. Also I kinda recommend against looking at top dps poe ninja builds for beginners because not only are they exorbitantly expensive, but they're often minmax-ed for dps and not well rounded enough for inexperienced players.

He's trying to make a build and is clearly more towards the beginner side of creating his own build, but what does that matter? No need to shit on the guy. Plus I doubt you made any builds yourself hence why you're browsing an obscure sounding build on YT. Cringe.

They can be healed by the totem of regeneration. Also, if they do die, Final Shout can summon them again, with full health.

@manuel2824 Your power is based off off items and not experience. The quicker you get through levels the faster you upgrade good items at the blacksmith or buy good items at the shop. So I guess it's not really levels up, but getting to power 255.

@user-if9fm8yy5t Just made it up, but I've realized I messed up my passive tree. We need Fortify a big dps boost and another way to get endurance charges. If you're having trouble, a shield helps a lot too. I wanted to wait until I get into higher level maps before I try and make a guide. The game is a big learning curve first playthrough.
