Solvent Abuse started life as a vhs graffiti video series in 1997, based in London and Newcastle, UK. 15 issues where made between 1997 and 2001, while limited runs did make it in to shops in an attempt to cover costs, it was mostly given away, there was no intention to make money, just a desire to show what was happening in the scene. In 2008 we released a 2hour film 'Solvent Abuse 98/08' featuring the best of the back catalogue and new footage we had filmed since. Spanning 10 years of graffiti the film also featured contributions from ATG, DWS and NM crews. Again it was released free as a bit torrent and download hosted by a few now defunct websites.
We intend to slowly put new cuts and our back catalogue up on this youtube channel, but this is going to be a slow process, many of the cuts need new music due to copyright. Please subscribe, support, embed, promote and enjoy.
