    Just mark one word..do things only when you are feeling good about it.. agar tumhe 18 hrs me 12 ghnte bhukh lgi rhegi to kya ghanta kr paoge life me..khane se dhyan hi htega tera.. so just eat modest, unprocessed foods..keep yourself active.. eat 3 meals.. 9-10AM, 1-2PM, 7-8PM.. this is what I follow, I feel good, light and satisfied and xan really focus on my work.

    West has lectose intolerance, gluten intolerance and they share this to the whole world but they don't know that we have been eating these and out milk is A2 which doesn't cause intolerance. Also gluten intolerance because american diet is full of maida foods... unfortunately same is happening in india. But wheat is fine

    Eat a light breakfast with proteins mostly, like 3 eggs a peice of toast and some beans. Can have coffee. Lunch any protein the size of your fist could be cheicken, beef, fish or paneer. 4 pm snack a sandwich chicken, fish or veg. 8pm soup, chicken, fish, with sabzi, salad, 10 half glass hot or cold milk. Thiee that cant have milk. Dont. Brisk walk everyday for 30-40 minutes and make it a must to stretch every muscle of you body by spending 20 min. Im a perosnal trainer and i provide custom training and diet to ewch and every perosn. There os no one size fits all. But what i wrote above will teally work. The abive is for a working person not idle one. All the best.
