Fancy skyscrapers don't mean shit. Can your average citizen afford to live there? I'm from NYC and I couldn't care less about the glass boxes they build for billionaires here. None of us will ever be able to afford this shit. Not that Kinshasa doesn't have a nice looking downtown, cool looking city, just not that impressed by some tall rich people boxes.

there should be uniformity in height and design of buildings in a given ward It should not be that 50 or 60 storey buildings suddenly rise among 4or 6 or storey high buildings It's gives a bizarre look Homogeneity and uniformity should be the essence of a good city
