With it being new to FM8, you can tell the drivers that have driven it a lot on other games and the ones that are trying it for the first time. It's a difficult track though and I still only make it without hitting a wall about 50% of the time haha!

It depends on the day, but this was done on an Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller so I can use the back paddles for gear shifts.

i used to think that this was a mod as well, until I realized,that we don't have such things in Euro Truck Simulator 2, only in American truck Simulator. Great video btw!

@@Ambigr4m Indeed! Looks like it helps a lot for some maneuver to be performed really well through this tutorial. Found nothing like this in ETS2, hopefully they added this as well in europe version. As a beginner in sim trucking, it's really hard to do a reverse in some company, LOL :D

I would only play gt7 if i bought a ps5, so I can't justify the cost. It gt7 or future franchise entries come to PC then I'd consider it lol

Wow, thank you for this! You're right, it's my braking I'm struggling with smoothing out the inputs for and it is compromising my corners, but the break down is really helpful, thank you. Again, the racing line is on to help the braking points and braking but I'll focus on this and try and get my braking more consistent without the driving line. For graphics? It's mostly high but no ray-tracing, but if you don't watch it in 1440p (even if your screen is only 1080p), then youtube compresses the video really bad. I think I may have a setting wrong somewhere, but I've been trying for months and still can't figure it out, haha. Thanks for watching, though!

@@Ambigr4m aero front go for high and rear somewhere between low and mid. Tyre play from 1.4 to 1.7 brake bias rear okay and pressure between 87 to 99. The most important is the gearbox. The final gear ratio put it somewhere mid to right (towards acceleration) and fine tune your gears, you should be able to reach the following speed while driving 1st 80 2nd 130 3rd between 170 to 180 4th between 220 to 228 and 5th doesn't matter. Start with such a setup and then fine tune to you're likings. Don't play with sway bar damping etc for now. You can do caster around 5.7 to 6.3 and rear anti dive higher than 0.
