Hi. We went on May Month. We are from Bangalore and we got Nepal Local contact from Sandeep Heggodu(Mad Adventurers: 9686633699). We discussed with Sandeep and he discussed with Nepal Local Trek group. The Package is From Kathmandu airport Pick up and return Drop to Kathmondu Airport( This includes Lukla flight and stay and 3 time food during trek). Usually EBC trek done in 14 to 15 days which include 2 days of acclimatization and We have skipped this 2 days acclimatization.

its not that difficult. Usually for EBC trek 2 days will be kept for acclimatization. one day in Namche bazar and one day Dingboche. If this is your first high altitude trek then please keep one day acclimatization either in Namche bazar or Dingboche.. if you already did some High altitude trek and you are familiar with Cold condition then not required.. Please keep your body good condition and eat food in good quantity and drink water as much as possible to get acclimatize.

Hi, It Depended on our Body condition how it adjusted for High altitude. we suggest at least one day should get acclimatize. From our group some are not got adjusted to high altitude and they returned back before last day summit.

The Package is From Kathmandu airport Pick up and return Drop to Kathmondu Airport( This includes Lukla flight and stay and 3 time food during trek). Flight from Banglore to Kathmondu and return to banglore, we have booked, which is around 19k. Usually EBC trek done in 14 to 15 days which include 2 days of acclimatization and We have skipped this 2 days acclimatization. I suggest you please prepare for higher altitude and please take at least one day acclimatization.

We booked the pack Kathmandu to Kathmandu including stay and food 62k Indian rupees..
