Hello, I tried your tutorial but its still not working even though I gently and gradually tried to loosen the tines just like in your video. I just got this acrylic kalimba today and waited so long for it to arrive, I feel really bad about these dead tines because I was so excited to play my first song.. I've been struggling to find any youtube tutorial and tried anywhere else on the internet and still no help. I'm about to lose hope, do you have any tips please? 🙁😭
