Loved every second of this sit-down video. I am in my early 30s and still on that self-discovery trajectory. The lifestyle I'd want for me and my ideal family is expensive so it is okay that I haven't started the family. "Take your time" is a good piece of advice but it doesn't mean that taking time is easy. I wish you all the best girl 😍.

Nice sharing. 20 minutes went by so fast. Looking forward to more content on this topic. I think we need more open intergenerational conversations around mental health. It is one of the reasons why some of us get hit by different stressors when we reach adulthood and then start feeling like we are in a trap we were never prepared for. Acknowledging challenges and finding solutions to them is important. So for example, being open to talk to caring, listening and reliable people, and sometimes seeking therapy. I do a lot of introspective thinking around "what is causing your stress, anxiety, or depression" and "what can be done to mitigate or stop those challenges", especially if the challenges are linked to academic, career, and relationships.
