Atlanta has the nicest homes . Until you see a unfinished basement or a small backyard with or without a pool. They say you get what u pay for . Lol. Im spending over 500 to 800k on a home just to get the same results. I don't think so. In some areas you being tax more just because of the area u live in.

I always like to see the kitchen first, it’s really the deal breaker.

🥰The Big Rooms Beautiful Home which would need some up dates

The home had a thoughtful layout and great features like the floors, big windows, and spacious bedrooms. Clearly needs updating and the backyard is a little small, but being close to the water is a huge plus. The neighborhood seems great, hope HOA's not too high if any at all.
