How old are you what happened to your legs

I recently got a supply of this product, but found it totally unusable. How do we open the end of the catheter without the bag coming away, and how do we get to the lubricant when it's in a sealed pouch within the bag. Terrible design needs to be withdrawn.

Also worth mentioning are the Wellspect Simpro Now catheters if you have to buy out-of-pocket as they're much less expensive. Not nearly as "fancy" as the Origo's but entirely adequate if you first be sure to shake the package funnel end down to shift the water packet to the top of the package as it helps hold the loose fitting insertion sleeve at the funnel end while opening. Wellspect has my vote of confidence!

Need to ensure the audio is dual channel, it cuts to left only on second half, some people need headphones and might not notice

you the producers of this product could have put a nylon cover/sheath around the catheter so the user can handle it safely and securely. as it is very primitive and not safe to use
