I advise against those types of showers, it will be a nightmare in the future. Could you do a floor shower with a glass divider? You won't regret it.

Enjoyed watching 😀 you could have white top cabinets with darker cabinets on the bottom if you decide to get the black worktop or you could match the bottom cabinets to match the grey in the marble looking worktop 💡 Also the cupboard above your sink can be used as a draining cabinet for your washing up, I think ikea has a good example of one, they are basically bottom less cupboards with a rack in them 👍🏾 hope you dont mind me sugguesting 😊 Jai

I would strongly advise you to remove all chimney breasts in the house. It's expensive and dusty but will give you more space as your rooms are small. if you can, it is best to do it whilst the house is empty and in reno state!

Thanks for being transparent. I certainly never knew sellers could be a problem during the buying process. Just assumed it was the solicitor that handled things. Glad you have a better outlook now and can enjoy your reno journey. I'm sure it will be another learning curve! All the best

I had no idea the estate agent usually washes their hands with the buyer after completion! The system Is rancid! Thanks for the warning and sorry you had to go through this! They really only work for the best interest of the seller, the buyer should be just as important as its biggest transaction of their life! You should leave reviews saying not to buy through such scummy agents!
