StFX University Human Kinetics Skateboarding 2024 - Class 15.1
Every year the class gives Bryan Kennedy a gift for being our videographer. This year he got a Next Level Skateboards hoodie. The class all got a free Next Level t-shirt too. It was also class picture day.
St. Francis Xavier University is in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The StFX Human Kinetics Department is the first university in the world to offer skateboarding as an accredited university course.
Charlene Weaving leads the StFX Human Kinetics Department and started the program. Jason Mason is the skateboard skills instructor.
The course includes; skateboard skills and movement, skateboard history, skateboard culture and the mindset of a skateboarder.
