@@simonyeo20 hi! from the city center to the resort, i just booked it thru grab. then i just arranged with the same driver to pick us up upon check-out as it might be harder to book from resort to city. the resort also can arrange transportation but it's quite expensive.

you're welcome. the tour we purchased included the 2 roundtrip cable car tickets (mountain and hang pagoda), a buffet lunch and roundtrip transfers from independence palace in ho chi minh to tay ninh and vice-versa. very convenient as it included everything already. cost was around USD43.00 per person. www.klook.com/activity/44561-ba-den-cable-car-ticket-in-tay-ninh/
