I saw mgmt in 2010 at the Boston Pavilion. It was one of the best shows I've ever been to
They still make music dude
I love it 😂❤
Beautiful
Damn they suck live
This is nothing but more Jews that's all I see
The lyrics: .
Great video.
Omg I love you guys
God they were lame and untalented back then and still are
cope
Everyone starts from somewhere but you don't know where your journey will take you.
These dudes will sell out any year any day no matter if they were of another generation ❤
I love MGMT, my husband and I have been married for 15 years their song Electric Feel is our song.
And both times singing off-key
Certainly aren't watching mgmt for the lyrics live i guess?
And then, even then it’s like none of them can just keep their relationships through the stage presence or whatever
OK, the more I think about this is I know how good I am at performing my songs and it’s I just remember that I did listen to this a lot when I was in high school and I mean this is just ridiculous…. I would never sound that bad on the one to put out to keep the band going on any of my songs
….and now back to 20 lol
Yuck
Pretty crazy that one song got them that far, but how many people can name any other song they did? lol
made more $$$$ than you
Electric Feel from the same album was also pretty big, and to a lesser extent Time to Pretend.
These guys suck.
❤Connection
🥰
I've decided I'm going back in time to those days. Today's world is no place for me.
When you learn a band has played in front of 170,000 people but you’ve never heard of them, you know you’re old and there’s no turning back. I’m at peace with it lol
Really old cause they probably peaked 15 years ago 😂
you're old as fuck then
Yeah they were huge in 2008, I’m not sure it’s age it’s lack of popular cultural awareness
Stop reposting this cringe
There was actually 37 people
We used to be a society
If people aspire this rather than stupid cuss rap we would be in a better world
His chin size coincides with the audience size.
Great, I give it a 4.5
Before everyone wanted to be hard and gangster.
What????? Thats such a dumb point of view
I just finished performing for three hours, at a bar in Jack London Square, Oakland, California. It was a concert I paid for and marketed entirely by myself, which, since I've been homeless for the past couple years (therefore, saving my money with urgency), made me profoundly nervous. Let alone that it was my first concert (by myself, making it my third altogether). On top of that, I'm intimidated by my city, as Oakland is very, very ignorant when it comes to anything more conscious than shaking your ass and robbing people; furthermore, I recently had to separate myself from one of my area's most prominent rapper-communities because the immorality was not for me. With all of this, I easily choose ignorance, too: I tend to zigzag narcissism and complete self-doubt. Leading up to the show, the zigzagging was especially palpable, and stressful enough that I nearly bailed. Plus, only three people came to see it, one of them being my older brother, also my only sibling - the other two left after an hour, less than halfway through. Ten other people came in and left within fifteen minutes, because the venue owner decided to give a tour of the place to some potential investors, in the middle of the stage and amidst my active performing. The only staff present to help/witness me were the bartender and the sound engineer, and the latter left, thirty minutes in. But before I left, I found and watched this video for the first time. And that's all I needed. 😊
for more good vibes, me and some friends snuck onto a rooftop in hollywood and played some dance music: ua-cam.com/video/LyAxemtcCN0/v-deo.html
massive
Most ass song and band ever
Absolute legends!
Uggh. Fuck what the governments did during Covid. We were much better off before Covid lockdowns.
Miss these days😢
Ironically every big band and solo artist wishes they could play to just 20 people again. To every creative person on their way up: ENJOY THE FUCKING RIDE!
They didn’t even want to make this type of music but they blew up on it. 2000s were way more playful
One of my favorites… thx
Like they were more into it qhen doing this for 20 people. They sold out. Now its just more and more wallets. They dont care about people or music anymore
You got more of these?
it's so over for me
This brought to you by the Reddit legend
Never heard of this. Crazy how it just popped up and everyone knows it
It was a hit around 15 years ago
Living under a rock way back when...
@@lucd4673 I was about 8 when it came out so that about lines up.
@@lucd4673 which is rediculous because I’m a 23 year old who plays guitar, with parental influences such as Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Metallica, The eagles, I know a fair bit of modern culture to be fair but, I somehow always seem to find a gem that slipped through the cracks.
Bro do you even FIFA ?!?! Cuhz it shows 😂
They worked out too much.
Venture to guess the same initial 20 peeps were the ones also onstage.
why do I like that transition so much
