I heavily disagree with your take of comparing relic grind to factory optimisation. 1st since the factory gear stat are static, min maxing the factory only improve how fast you can create gear piece not the quality of them. 2nd the factory building reward are skill based not rng. Relic grind is a grind because the rng shit on you. Having a perfectly min maxed factory will take time because it's a skill the player will need to develop

Big difference between farming rng artifacts/relics for months with almost no good results than building your base that benefits you along the way.

You dont need to spend everyday on the base, maybe make a basic setup or even copy one off yt, and thats done for the rest of the game( at endgame)

i think i would rather have fun with building base in endfield, especially if there wouldnt be some mechanic that requires time and if resources were reusable in case of mistake in such scenario i would go wild with building options

if you need more 4 block operators, there are a couple defenders that get 4 blocks with their module Matterhorn would be your 4 star option for that, Heavyrain is a welfare that has it, you get her from the A Walk in the Dust intermezzi both of these operators are pretty alright in general outside of that, more focused on a niche but still usable outside of it use your two weekly event unlocks

Keep in mind this event is a mini-event, meaning there will be no rerun, so if you don't complete all the stages and their challenge modes now, you're gonna permanently miss out on a little bit of free Originite. Luckily for you, mini-events are often pretty easy.

0:18 Say hi to Reed the Flame Shadow, you've met her base form before in Chapter 9. For her alter, she's an Incantation Medic like Amiya, and is the best one in the game. She's able to essentially debuff the atk of enemies as well as make them more vulnerable to arts dmg, as well as heal herself and an ally simultaneously. The real stars of the show are her skills though, her S2 gives grounded allies fireballs that will help deal a lot of dmg and her S3 multi-targets, lights enemies on fire, and turn them into bombs that explodes onto other enemies when they die. You should check out her other skin though.
