Parmesan, Garlic and Bacon are not ingredients for "Carbonara". At least you didn't use cream. *Edit: You just made scrambled Eggs in your noodles. You have to turn off the heat completly so the eggs become creamy and not like scrambled Eggs. This is a bad recipe. If you HAVE TO use Bacon instead of the original Guancale, use Bacon with more Fat to render out = Flavor. Use Peccorino Cheese, it's a bit more salty and from Sheep Milk. No need of Garlic, just black pepper and a pinch of salt. (=Original)

always turn the heat off when adding yolks, unless u wanna get scrambled eggs
