Myles Kennedy performing World on Fire from SMKC (acoustic/slide guitar version)
This version of world on fire was performed by Myles Kennedy at Underground Arts in Philadelphia Pennsylvania on September 29th 2021 during the fall 2021 leg of Myles Kennedy's Ides of March North American Tour. Myles Kennedy is awesome at giving his fans alternative versions of songs we love during his live shows, and this one does not disappoint, it was probably my favorite of the night. This is video evidence of my wifes favorite artist saying "This ones for you as he points at her while starting to play her favorite song. Earlier in the day during a meet and greet we had a conversation with Myles and Jeanette shared with him that this one was her favorite song. F#*@king awesome!

I never get tired of Myles's solo version of this song. So Hot!
Great performance but a little surprised that Tyler didn't use the slide on his guitar. At such a young age, he is already phenomenal at the slide guitar. The fact that he prefers his slide on his 4th finger means that he could have performed everything tonight with his slide still on and still have added the emotion to the music that a slide adds. Nevertheless, awesome performance.

It's not an acoustic guitar, it's called a resonator :) This guitar is National NRP Steel 14, cheers :)
Wow the internet is cruel. This is the FIRST EVER comment I have received on only the 4th video I have ever posted and it is correcting me on not naming the guitar correctly but I was referencing the sound of the song, not the guitar..... It is not the original version and because of the way it sounds to my ear through the National NRP Steel resonator guitar I was most comfortable calling it an acoustic/slide version. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of guitars and letting me know that the details matter. I will update the title.
