A 160 degree t-stat is too cold, EFI computers need the engine to be no less than 180 degrees to operate properly. 3. Water is not a good coolant, put some actual coolant in there, it transfers heat much better!! 4. And lastly, it's wrenching 101 that the hot water coming from the engine ALWAYS enters the radiator through the TOP hose... c'mon dude, you didn't know that??
