It is a wonderful piece by Palestrina, one of my all-time favorites. The motifs get passed around the different voice parts so seamlessly and beautifully. Yes he is. He works very hard. He is in I think 4 choirs now, two school related and also sings at two local churches.

I've not seen that one, but this is actually the piece behind the altar. The altar is out of frame in this picture. Both this gold piece and part of the altar itself were created by master artisans in Italy. :)
