The first 7-10 days will suck I know because I just broke mine but just take it easy and take pain medication if you can't sleep from the pain i was riding my ebike and got ejected and landed straight on my wrist and reacted the same way you did

Always check ur axle nut and make sure they are tight, even if it's a new bike, and you probably took off your torque arms mount that's why your rear wheels fell off, that torque arm, if u have it on, couldn't of save the rear wheel from coming off from the swing arm completely
