I have some constructive criticism of the product. I think you should redesign it so that the battery is replaceable; rechargeable, batteries, don’t last forever, and after several times, charging them, and using them, then charging them again, and so on and so forth, eventually, they stop being able to hold a charge.

Reminds me of a cattle prod . Would love to see local Police Departments use these on duty and for riot control.😂

the placement of the trigger is so bad. you could never get a good enough grip to hold it on the bad guy in any effective way. They didn't seem to think about that.

Closing flap for batteries looks like it could be knocked open by accident letting batteries fall out...bad design...
