MAXIMUM SUICIDE SCOOTER it is necessary and important to learn to weld. when I look at this work I feel sick. I wouldn't drive a meter with this thing. Not even at 5 km/h. I am sure that most of the welds can be broken off with a little force and you can seriously injure yourself. Without protective gas you have a lot of slag inclusions in the weld seam. Simply putting paint over it doesn't make it any better

Really average half ass rebuild.. reusing head gasket and all other gaskets a petrol wash and scraping the piston and valves 😢😢 didn't bother checking the rings or anything else just a lipstick on a pig fix

i had a mini quad with one of these motors in it a couple years ago but it never ran, I tinkered with it for hours but never figured out why it didn't work, now with some more knowledge with 2 strokes i can say the carb was definitely why it didn't run, sucks how I threw it away before I got to fixing the carb.

Used to buy these at garage sales. 15 to 20$. Cool toys.
