Okay, so phyisically he can't play that music anymore because of his shoulders... But... his vocalcords are still in good shape... So please, write heavy shit like you did on Newsted, let other people play and SING!!!

Jason is a good guy and also very wise and whip smart. I've been appreciating his interviews lately and I like how his mind works. I love when he describes his creative process.

Jason, Thank you for sharing all that happened to you. The fact that you are talking about it makes me admire you and your strength I know how supportive you family is. Your fanimaly Love you as well and we don't want you to get injured more. I have had a few fights on Instagram over what happened and I have to fight over Lars as well. I am 52 and a OG fan from 83. You play bass that makes us feel it. Rob I love but he play the bass higher then you and Cliff. Now I love to watch all the doc and interviews. You were awesome when you sang I heard that James wanted to be the only one but omg you made me love you like a brother. I lost mine to a heroin overdose one moInth after losing my dad. Being a fan and being 52 I feel like you guys are my brothers. Don't ever think you are forgotten by you Metallica fans we love you more then you know. I'm proud of you and I thank you for everything you do. God bless you and your family. Love and Light. I hope you are feeling better and happy belated birthday.

*_"The presence of the cameras, I think...made us realize that we could not bullshit each other."_* -LARS ULRICH $40,000 per month for therapist Phil Towle to be at the beck-and-call of three people 24 hours a day on a running clock equates to only $55.55 per hour. For being a pivotal part in saving the biggest heavy metal band of all time, I'd say he was underpaid. Thank you Phil and thank you Joe Berlinger and Bruce Sinofsky for being the watchdog for the band to keep it honest and real. You all saved them. And an honorable mention to Bob Rock for sticking around during the worst.

Never heard anybody else say this - that pain pills often create pain, but they most certainly do. The standard opiates like he was taking will do that after a while. First they give you a sensation of wellbeing and relief, but after a while the whole interaction changes - you take them just to feel normal, but they're not really doing much for the pain itself. Then, after a while, you realise that the pain often gets worse when you take them, and eventually, it reaches a point where they are very thing that is causing the pain. Problem is, once you get into long term chronic pain management, it becomes very difficult to tell what is causing what, and many people don't realise what's going on, often upping the dosage to dangerous levels. Most pain is psychological, and these drugs are designed to create long term dependency by ensuring that the perception of pain is ongoing and never really heals. You only realise this once you stop taking them, but of course that is easier said than done, and in some cases it can be dangerous if not done correctly.

Say some prayers for Jason so his hands heal up he developed some weird hand problem and it took away some of his musician abilitys pray he gets his abilitys back because without Jason metallica wouldn't have kicked ass in the 90s and early 2000s they were unstoppable metal kickassery lol , but if you are a fan of metallica still they made a fucking kickass jam called LUX Aertera , i might have spelled that A word wrong lol its there fastest jam since battery dam good shit they just made it in 2022 really fucking shreds hope one day Jason can do a final concert with them all the fans love the band when they were all together that new tan fella muscle guy they got tho that replaced Jason he is a good musician as well tho so least they got someone that looks heavy metal as fuck haha

Anyone who has suffered shoulder injury will know that even when the rehab in the shoulder you can never really play as hard as you used to. I've never been able to play aggressive music since my rotary cuff repair.
